RECIPE: CBD Pet Treats for Happy and Healthy Furry Friends

More and more owners are beginning to use CBD regularly for their dog’s care. Some are doing so in an effort to quell their dog’s anxiety, others are using CBD to address joint pain, and others are using it for other reasons entirely. It can get tricky getting a tincture into your furry friend’s mouth. 

Making treats is an easy and fun way to engage with your pet and get them the relief they need. A quick internet search will pull up lots of wonderful recipes. Here is one to get you started. Ingredients:

  • Dog safe yogurt
  • Sweet potato
  • Coconut Oil 
  • Bliss CBD

Directions:

  • Mix the yogurt, mashed sweet potato, and coconut oil in a large bowl until combined. 
  • Once thoroughly mixed, scoop the mixture into ice cube trays. 
  • Add a few drops of CBD oil to each treat. 
  • Freeze for about 3 hours or until frozen. 

These cold treats can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
